At WoodyKitchenware, we source our unique artisan products globally to bring you the best craftsmanship. Our orders are shipped directly from our workshops and warehouses located in Turkey and China.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your WoodyKitchenware purchase.

• Our Error: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full replacement or refund.
• Customer Preference: If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you are welcome to return it. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 5 business days. After approval, your refund will be processed immediately and applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for your bank to reflect the transaction.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We pack our wooden and glass items with great care, but accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. The WoodyKitchenware team will arrange a replacement or refund for you right away.
