At WoodyKitchenware LLC, we are dedicated to providing global expertise in premium wooden kitchenware. Our products are designed in the USA and expertly crafted in our specialized workshops in Turkey and China.

To maintain our high standards of quality control and craftsmanship, we manage our returns through our Global Fulfillment Centers, ensuring that each item is inspected at its point of origin.

1. Return Conditions

  • Return Window: You must initiate a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Authenticity: As our products are made from natural wood, unique grain patterns and color variations are not considered defects but signs of authentic craftsmanship.

2. Global Return Process

To provide an efficient experience, our returns are routed directly to our specialized manufacturing and fulfillment hubs:

  1. Request: Contact us at info@woodykitchenware.com to start your return.

  2. Assignment: Our team will provide the return address of the specific Fulfillment Center (Turkey or China) where your product was originally hand-inspected and shipped from.

  3. Shipment: You will be responsible for shipping the item back to the assigned international center.

  4. Inspection: Once the item reaches our workshop in Turkey or China, our quality control team will verify its condition.

3. Refund Policy

  • Direct Refund: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. We do not issue store credit or manual exchanges.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days after the item is received at our international center for the refund to be processed.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our guarantee as a specialist supplier.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.

  • In these cases, WoodyKitchenware LLC will provide a solution (replacement or full refund) and cover any associated shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping Fees & Responsibility

  • Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for all international return shipping costs, including any applicable duties or customs fees.

  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item at our international centers.
