SECTION 3 - GLOBAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Fulfillment Centers: Orders are dispatched from our international fulfillment centers in Turkey or China depending on product availability and craftsmanship requirements.

  • Split Shipments: Due to our multi-hub fulfillment model, items in a single order may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple packages at different times.

  • Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the international carrier.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by the destination country.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
