At WoodyKitchenware LLC, we are dedicated to providing premium wooden kitchenware. Our products are produced by our manufacturing partners in China, and all orders are shipped from our partner fulfillment centers in China.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within **14 calendar days** from the date of delivery.
Returns are processed and inspected at our fulfillment center in China.

## 1. Return Eligibility
* **Return Window:** Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
* **Countries Covered:** This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please contact us before purchasing to confirm return eligibility for your region.
* **Condition:** Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
* **Natural Material Notice:** As our products are made from natural wood, unique grain patterns and color variations are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.
## 2. Return Process
1. **Request:** Email our customer service team at info@woodykitchenware.com to initiate your return.
2. **Authorization:** Our team will review your request and issue an official Return Authorization Number along with return shipping instructions.
3. **Shipment:** You must obtain your Return Authorization Number before sending your package. Returns shipped without prior authorization cannot be processed.
4. **Inspection:** Once your item arrives at our fulfillment center, our quality control team will verify its condition and notify you of the outcome by email.
## 3. Refund Policy
* **Refund Method:** Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. We do not offer store credit or manual exchanges.
* **Restocking Fee:** A $2 restocking fee is deducted from the refund total for each returned order, **except** for returns due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (see Section 4), where no restocking fee applies.
* **Processing Time:** Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your return is received at our fulfillment center in China. Please note this is in addition to the transit time for your return package to reach us, which typically takes 5–9 business days depending on your location and carrier.
## 4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping cost, at no charge to you. No restocking fee applies in these cases.
## 5. Return Shipping
* **Free Return Shipping:** Eligible returns qualify for free return shipping using our prepaid return label.
* **How to use it:** Contact info@woodykitchenware.com to start your return. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
* **Important:** Please use only the prepaid label we provide. We are not able to reimburse return shipping costs for packages sent using another carrier or method without prior authorization.
* **Customs Note:** Because returns are shipped internationally to our fulfillment center in China, any customs fees, duties, or taxes on unauthorized return shipments are the customer's responsibility.
