Return Window: You may return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Product Status: Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

 

2. Refund Policy & Process

 

Direct Refund: All refunds will be processed as a direct reversal to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). We do not issue refunds as store credit or exchanges for standard returns.

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If an item is received broken, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund and cover the return shipping costs.

 

3. Shipping Costs

 

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for returns based on buyer's remorse (e.g., changing mind, ordered wrong item).

Merchant Responsibility: WoodyKitchenware will cover all shipping costs only for returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
