At WoodyKitchenware LLC, we are committed to delivering our specialized wooden kitchenware and home goods with transparency and efficiency. As a global specialist, we manage a multi-hub fulfillment network to ensure you receive the finest craftsmanship directly from our expert workshops.
1. Global Fulfillment & Origin
To ensure the highest quality and expert craftsmanship, your orders are shipped directly from our specialized international fulfillment centers:

Artisanal Woodwork: Dispatched from our master workshop in Turkey.

Specialist Kitchen Tools: Dispatched from our production center in China.

Operations: All logistics are managed by our operational team in Turkey, under the corporate governance of WoodyKitchenware LLC (Wyoming, USA).
2. Order Processing & Cutoff Times

Processing Time: All orders are processed, verified, and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.

3. Shipping Estimates & Split Shipments

Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery is estimated to take between 5 to 9 business days.

Total Delivery Time: The total estimated window is 6 to 12 business days (Processing + Transit).

Split Shipments: Because we ship from different global hubs (Turkey and China), items in a single order may be shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages arriving at different times. No additional shipping fees are charged for split shipments.

Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for delivery.
4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Standard Shipping: Fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order weight.

Free Shipping Offer: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders exceeding $69.90 USD (calculated after all discounts are applied).
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International Shipments: Since your order may be shipped from our international workshops (Turkey or China), the customer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local taxes that may be applied by your country's customs office.

US Customers: Most orders under $800 typically enter the US duty-free under Section 321, but please check local regulations.
6. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via email immediately after each package is dispatched.

Inspection upon Delivery: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your items are damaged during transit, you must contact us at info@woodykitchenware.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Undelivered Orders: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a reshipment fee will be charged for the second delivery attempt.
