WOODYKITCHENWARE SHIPPING POLICY

 

Our Commitment to Timely Delivery:

We are dedicated to ensuring your WoodyKitchenware orders are processed and shipped efficiently and transparently.


 

1. Order Processing and Cutoff Time

 

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed, verified, and prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Cutoff Time: The daily order cutoff time is 15:00 (GMT+3 Istanbul Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.


 

2. Shipping Time and Transit Details

 

  • Transit Time (Shipping Time): Delivery time (transit time) is estimated to be a maximum of 9 business days from the date your order is shipped.

  • Total Delivery Time: The total estimated time for your order to reach you is 3–12 business days (Processing Time + Transit Time).

  • Note on Peak Seasons: While we strive for timely delivery, shipping during peak seasons may require an additional 3–5 business days.


 

3. Shipping Fees (Cost Transparency)

 

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order.

  • Free Shipping Offer: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders exceeding $69,90 USD . This threshold is calculated after all discounts are applied.


 

4. Order Tracking and Delivery Issues

 

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email immediately after your order is shipped. You can track your order status on the relevant courier's website.

  • Inspection upon Delivery: If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please reject the package or document the damage with the courier immediately, and then contact our support team.

  • Undelivered Orders: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a reshipment fee will be charged for the second delivery attempt.
