As a global specialist in premium wooden kitchenware, our operations are structured to ensure authenticity and quality:
Design & Production: Our products are designed by our team and expertly manufactured by our partner workshops in China.
Global Fulfillment: All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our partner fulfillment centers and warehouses in China.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide current and accurate information for all purchases made at our store.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS & NATURAL VARIATIONS
We take pride in our role as a specialist supplier.
Natural Materials: Since our products are crafted from natural wood (e.g., Walnut, Olive), each item is unique. Variations in grain, color, and texture are inherent characteristics of natural materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Maintenance: WoodyKitchenware LLC is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, environmental factors, or lack of proper maintenance (e.g., dishwasher use or prolonged soaking).
SECTION 3 - GLOBAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Fulfillment Centers: Orders are dispatched from our partner fulfillment centers and warehouses in China.
Handling & Transit Times: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipping transit takes approximately 5–9 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 6–12 business days. These estimates may vary by destination and season; see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Split Shipments: Items in a single order may occasionally be shipped separately from our facilities and arrive in multiple packages at different times.
Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the international carrier.
Customs & Duties: For international orders, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by the destination country.
SECTION 4 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your purchase is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
International Returns: To maintain quality standards, all returns are sent back to and processed at our fulfillment center in China. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States; customers outside the United States should contact us before purchasing to confirm return eligibility.
Restocking Fee: In accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, a $2 restocking fee is deducted from the refund total for each returned order, except for returns due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, where no restocking fee applies.
Notification: In case of incorrect or defective delivery, you must contact us at info@woodykitchenware.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, and brand assets on this site are the exclusive property of WoodyKitchenware LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
SECTION 6 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide the e-commerce platform that allows us to provide our Services. Shopify is not responsible for the sales transaction or any claims arising from the products.
SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WoodyKitchenware LLC and its operational teams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. You agree that any legal action shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
